3. SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, QuantumFlow AI may send you text (SMS) messages. Our messaging program includes two types of recipients: (a) our clients, who receive account, onboarding, billing, and campaign-related notifications; and (b) leads and prospects who have expressly opted in through a web form to receive follow-up messages.
- Consent. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your mobile number, or by giving express consent during onboarding. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and your campaign activity.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again.
