QuantumFlow AI provides done-for-you B2B outreach services, including building and operating outreach campaigns, AI-assisted personalization and prospect enrichment, and optional AI agent and messaging services. The specific deliverables, fees, and term applicable to you are described in the plan you select and any order form or agreement between you and us. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These SMS terms apply to text (SMS) messages sent by QuantumFlow AI. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following:
Program description. QuantumFlow AI sends text messages to (a) clients — for account, onboarding, billing, appointment, and campaign-related notifications; and (b) leads and prospects who have expressly opted in through a web form — for the follow-up communications they requested.
How to opt in. You consent to receive SMS by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and providing your mobile number, or by providing express consent during onboarding. Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and campaign activity.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers & delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

4. Accounts, Fees & Billing
Fees for our services are as stated in your selected plan or order form. Unless otherwise agreed in writing: fees are billed on a recurring basis for the applicable billing cycle; charges are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your agreement; and you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees due. You are responsible for keeping your payment and contact information accurate and current.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including anti-spam, telemarketing, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data-protection laws;
- Send messages to recipients who have not provided the required consent, or after they have opted out;
- Transmit unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our providers; or
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to provide any contact information.
You are responsible for ensuring that any contact data or recipient lists you provide to us were collected lawfully and with all consents required for the communications you ask us to send.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Our website, brand, and underlying technology, including all related intellectual property, are owned by QuantumFlow AI and protected by law. Subject to your agreement and payment of applicable fees, the outreach system and campaign assets we build and deliver to you as part of our services are provided for your use as described in your plan. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to us. You grant us the rights necessary to use that data and content to provide the services.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party providers (for example, email delivery, CRM, payment processing, and SMS/telecommunications platforms). Your use of those services may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or performance is outside our control.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any performance figures, response rates, or conversation volumes described on our website are illustrative estimates and not guarantees; results vary and are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumFlow AI and its officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services.
